What you need to know
The Marlow May Fayre is organised and run by Marlow Round Table. All of the people involved are volunteers and 100% of proceeds from the fayre go back into local charities.
As well as raising money for the community, we try to provide a free and fun community event and as such we do seek to fill the park with a varied set of fun and interesting stall-holders. We like to have a balance of local business, home crafts, games, rides, charities and community groups. We have a loyal following of stall holders that are always keen to come back year after year but every year new stall holders join us and we are always interested to host people.
The cost of basic pitches is:
- 3m x 3m Commercial Pitch: £60
- 6m x 3m Double Commercial Pitch: £120
- 3m x 3m Charity/Schools Pitch: £30
- 6m x 3m Double Charity/Schools Pitch: £60
That said, we do try to ensure that we do not have too many collisions of similar stalls and we do have a few obligations that we have to meet that are out of control. This means that we cannot accept the following stalls:
- Hot food that will be in direct competition with our own charity BBQ
- Stalls that will be in direct competition with the long-term leaseholders in Higginson Park: kids carousel, bouncy castle, ice cream van
It also means we might have to decline your stall if it clashes with others we have already accepted.

To request to host a stall, the first step is to enter your email address below - we will then direct our online form, after which we will confirm whether we can accept your request, once payment and paperwork is received then your reservation is confirmed.
